POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Maximize sales through business relationships, technology enhancements, brand loyalty programs and targeted sales processes necessary in changing environments by developing and implementing all sales activities to authorized retailers within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager must meet or exceed sales goals consistently, solicit orders, develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, create and conduct sales proposal presentations consistent with Company standards, and represent the Company at trade association meetings.

A well-qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, one to three years of outside sales experience, ability to work independently, ability to travel 75% and overnight and have a valid driver’s license.
