POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Maximize sales for the assigned division; lead, manage and direct sales representatives. Must be able to leverage professionalism in the following areas: business relationships, analysis/technology, brand building, program development and targeted sales processes.

The National Sales Manager must develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed goals, represent the company at trade shows and account meetings, analyze sales statistics in order to maximize productivity, develop and manage divisional expense budgets, coach/retain top talent, and bring relevant data to the product development and marketing teams.

A well-qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of five years relevant work experience (apparel/footwear experience preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to travel up to sixty percent of the time, and a valid driver’s license.
