POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  • Achieve set sales goals and objectives
  • Build rapport and maintain positive business relationship with customers to drive sales
  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of product lines and be able to suggest alternate selections and upgrades as needed
  • Update the customer database as required in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Establish and maintain contact schedules
  • Track any problems/complaints to final resolution
  • Provide callers with accurate information and/or refers their requests to the appropriate department or responsible person
  • Analyze each call to determine best way to generate more sales and service the customer

A well-qualified candidate will possess:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one (1) to two (2) years of direct or call center experience, or combination of education and experience.
  • Six (6) to 12 months experience in a direct or call center customer service related position.
  • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent time management skills.
