POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Utilize internal systems to generate reports to track progress of sales goals.
  • Analyze reports and make decisions based on data presented.
  • Understand the process flow within the department and make suggestions on how to enhance.
  • Assist with workflow, organization, and cleanup efforts in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Assist with new team member onboarding by creating and updating schedules, documents, and online data.
  • Assist in the ongoing training of team members based on requests or needs.
  • Plan and organize internal sales incentives.
  • Communicate all active promotions to the Sales Team.
  • Monitor competitive brand websites promos and content.
  • Organize styles and content for new catalogs.
  • Maintain all departmental policies and procedures, and update and communicate, as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external communications.

A well-qualified candidate will possess:

  • Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (advanced knowledge preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Superior analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a team environment.
