POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Reduce the Accounts Receivable Invoice Aging by working with customers and the sales team to analyze accounts and payment trends and assure customers are paying invoices as agreed. Initiate calls to customers in order to collect payments and settle accounts, obtain payment confirmations and check remittances to assure accounts are maintained in accordance with Company standards.

A well-qualified candidate will have an Associate’s Degree or one to two years of related experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System such as Aurora, and Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP), CRM & Credit Card Processing (CCS) systems. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal are key.
